Dump Truck Driver Killed In Single-Vehicle Maryland Crash Identified By Police Additional details have been released by the Prince George's County Police Department after a dump truck driver died at the hospital following a crash in Brandywine. Prince Frederick resident Frederick Hand, 76, has been identified by investigators as the driver involved in a fatal single-vehicle crash early on Monday afternoon. Officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were called at around 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 28 to the area of Cedarville Road and Dent Road, where there was a dump truck on its side off the roadway.
