Baltimore Woman, 23, Arrested For Murder Weeks After Shooting That Prompted SWAT Team Response Police have arrested a Baltimore woman for the murder of a man that prompted a SWAT team response earlier this month. Niyiraha Berry, 23, of Baltimore, was charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore Police said March 27. Police believe Berry shot and killed Denzel Brown near the 4000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard on Wednesday, March 6. Officers responded around 5:45 p.m. and found Brown wounded from gunfire before rushing him to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries. Attempted Baltimore Killer Charged After Late Spring Shooting A Baltimore man has been arrested in connection to a shooting late last spring, authorities say. Juan Foster, 42, is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man in the 3800 block of Tivoly Avenue on Wednesday, May, 11, according to Baltimore police. Investigators believes Foster shot the victim following a dispute. On Wednesday, Oct. 26, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Foster without incident in the Hyattsville, Maryland. Detectives transported Juan Foster to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
