Students Pepper-Sprayed In 2 Fights At Baltimore County School Police were called to Perry High School after a pair of fights broke out and students had to be pepper-sprayed, according to a letter from school officials obtained by NottinghamMD. Two separate physical altercations broke out at the school involving several students on Jan. 26 at around 11:30 a.m., school principal Craig Reed said in the letter.  A school resource officer had to intervene and discharged pepper spray.
