New details have been released after a 24-year-old motorcyclist was killed and another injured in an incident involving a wandering animal in Prince George's County over the weekend. Catonsville resident Justin Crosby has been identified by police as the rider was killed after crashing early on Sunday morning in Upper Marlboro. A motorcyclist was killed early on Sunday morning after crashing into an animal in Prince George's County, police say. At approximately 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 27, officers were called to the 3400 block of Ritchie Marlboro Road in Upper Marlboro, where there was a reported crash. According to the Prince George's County Police Department the rider was traveling along the roadway when he unexpectedly struck the animal. A man who reportedly kidnapped a 3-year-old child while stealing a vehicle at an Upper Marlboro gas station is behind bars after a lengthy search, police say.
