Man Accused Of Attempting To Kill Elderly Woman In Maryland Home, Police Say The man who allegedly slashed a 70-year-old woman in Baltimore who required emergency surgery is being accused of attempted murder, according to police. City resident William Bowles, 29, has been arrested for his alleged role in the early morning stabbing of an elderly woman in the 500 block of Otterbein Street late in November.  The cutting incident was reported shortly after 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 27.
