The Howard County Police Department is highlighting some of the area's worst drivers, who have come close to recklessly causing several crashes while blowing through intersections. In accordance with "National Coalition for Safer Roads Stop on Red Week," the agency released a new video showcasing multiple near-crashes while intently speeding past obvious red lights.
