Dozens Displaced By Fast-Moving Two-Alarm Apartment Fire In Maryland Dozens of residents were displaced by a fast-moving two-alarm Montgomery County fire that broke out early on Saturday morning.  First responders were called to a four-story apartment complex at around  8 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17 to the 12800 block of Clarksburg Square Road in Clarksburg, after receiving multiple calls with residents screaming in the background. The crash was reported just past Exit 34 in Rockville Pike/MD 355 around 12:35 p.m., according to the Montgomery County OEMHS: Traffic incident blocks all travel lanes of the Inner Loop of I-495 just past Exit 34 (Rockville Pike/MD 355).
