An apparent medical emergency caused a driver to go off road and land in a wooded area in Maryland, sending two to the hospital. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service personnel were called at around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday morning to the I-270 ramp to Sam Eig Highway, where there was a reported single-car crash with a car in the woods.
