A Lancaster County Probation and Parole officer was arrested on child pornography-related charges on Friday, Oct. 28, the County District Attorney's office announced on Monday, Oct. 31. Deric Paul Lilly, 45, previously of the 300 block of W. Charlotte Street in Manor Township, but now living in Delaware, was charged with four felony counts of possessing child pornography and two felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility. UPS Driver Used Job To Creepily Stalk Victims In PA: Authorities
A 52-year-old Pennsylvania man was sentenced to time behind bars in part for using his job as a UPS driver to stalk his victims in a disturbing way, authorities said. Thomas F. Wainman Jr., of Lititz, was found guilty by a jury of stalking his neighbors in multiple incidents spanning from May to December 2020, according to a release by the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office. New charges have been filed as additional details emerge about an incident that left a Pennsylvania man hospitalized and in critical condition after being shot by law enforcement. The Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office has filed two charges of aggravated assault against Zachary Robert Gilbaugh, 38 of Reading, according to a new release by officials.
