Police have identified the Germantown man killed in an officer-involved shooting in Montgomery County last month, authorities say. Hamed Ghorouni Delcheh, 35, was fatally shot while a US Marshal attempted to serve him an arrest warrant in the 100 block of Garth Terrace in Gaithersburg, on the morning of Wednesday, July 20, according to the office of the Attorney General. Authorities have released the body camera footage from a fatal police involved shooting that happened last May in Maryland (scroll down for video). Ralph Picarello III, 39, was killed after charging at officers while armed with knives during a domestic disturbance call on Boundbrook Way in Essex on May 4, according to the Maryland Attorney General. A Delaware man who died while in custody of the Maryland State Police has been identified, according to officials. Amar Womack, 64, died while in police custody in Centreville after he was arrested during a traffic stop for suspicion of possessing a controlled substance on Jan. 21, the Office of the Maryland Attorney General said.
