Three teens are facing disciplinary action in Maryland after being busted with weapons at a Prince George’s County high school. The Hyattsville Police Department received an alert from a teacher at Northwestern High School at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13 regarding a student who appeared to have a weapon. Trio Believed Dead Of Overdose Outside Maryland Apartment Building: Police
Three men died in what Hyattsville police say was a drug overdose this week. EMS personnel responding to a 911 call placed by residents on the 5700 block of Queens Chapel Road found the men unconscious and not breathing around 11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, local police said. Medics administered Narcan and performed CPR but were unable to revive the men. There was no visible evidence of trauma to their bodies. Police are investigating reports of shots fired at a Maryland mall that reportedly left at least one person dead and others possibly injured, authorities announced. Shots rang out at approximately 4 p.m. inside the food court at the Mall at Prince George's County, the Hyattsville Police Department confirmed.
