Early Morning Columbia Apartment Fire, Believed To Be Intentional, Displaces 20 People About 20 people have been displaced after a fire, believed to be intentionally set, ripped through 12 apartment units in Columbia, fire officials said.  One person was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries and a firefighter was also being evaluated, Howard County officials said.  Initial investigation showed what appeared to be remnants of an incendiary device, which led authorities to believe the fire could have been set on purpose.  Engine 14 arrived with fire showing from 2nd floor.
