Overturned Dump Truck Clogs Fort McHenry Tunnel, Spills Gravel On I-95 A crash involving an overturned dump truck inside the Fort McHenry Tunnel on Interstate 95 has shut down two northbound lanes and left traffic at a standstill, officials said. Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) officials first reported a two-vehicle crash inside Bore 4 of the tunnel around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 14. While two right lanes were blocked, traffic was still able to flow through Bore 3, MDTA said. Victim Pinned In 3 Tractor Trailer Crash In Fort McHenry Tunnel A crash involving multiple tractor trailers pinned a victim in the Fort McHenry tunnel in I-95 in Baltimore Tuesday, May 24, authorities said. Three tractor trailers collided in the southbound tube resulting in multiple injuries around 1:20 p.m., reports NBC 11.  The crash involved a vacuum truck, car carrier, and a tractor-trailer.
