Police say that a Maryland man is facing more than two dozen charges for the possession of child pornography. A former Mission Support Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC who was double-crossed will spend years in prison for child porn offenses, federal authorities announced. A former Pennsylvania State Police corporal pleaded guilty to various child porn charges, including one for having images of children under 12 years old, authorities said. The investigation into an alleged child pornographer in Howard County led to the arrest of a man identified as a suspect by Maryland State Police detectives.
