Deputy Kyle Thomas, who worked in Cecil County from February 2021 through July 2023, is facing damning charges after terrorizing at least two women in separate cases. The Maryland State Prosecutor announced that a Calvert County Sheriff's Deputy has been charged with misconduct for allegedly having sex with a woman who called for police assistance. Calvert County Sheriff Cpl. A Maryland delegate is facing charges of abusing his office and misusing state funds, according to top prosecutor Charlton Howard III announced. In Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Richard K.
