Adult, Child Killed In Multi-Vehicle Baltimore Crash: Police An adult and a child were killed in an early morning crash in Baltimore’s Eastern District on Wednesday, Feb. 21, police confirmed. The crash occurred near the 3500 block of Belair Road around 7:30 a.m., a representative with the Baltimore Police Department told Daily Voice. Officers arrived and found a child dead at the scene. A second victim was found trapped inside of a vehicle and later pronounced deceased. Investigators believe speed to be a factor in the crash. The investigation is being led by Crash Team detectives. On January 5, at around 8:30 p.m., a 2013 Lexus struck a pedestrian while traveling northbound along Belair Road near Taylor Avenue, Baltimore County police say. An investigation determined that the pedestrian, 34-year-old Byron Blowe, stepped into the northbound travel lane of Belair Road, from a sidewalk near Taylor Avenue when he was struck by the Lexus.
