The motorcyclist who was pulled from the waters under I-95 in Baltimore on Monday afternoon after crashing has died, Maryland Transportation Authority Police officials confirmed. The fire broke out on a boat that was tied to the end of a pier at a marina on the 7500 block of Brightwater Beach Rd. in Glen Burnie shortly before 11:15 a.m., the Anne Arundel Fire Department said.
