One half of a couple busted with hundreds of capsules of fentanyl in Southern Maryland will spend years behind bars, the St. Mary's County State's Attorney announced. Kyle Dylan Dishner, 30, of Mechanicsville, was sentenced to 20 years in prison with all but eight suspended after being caught with 296 capsules that contained a combination of fentanyl and xylazine.
