The Howard County Police Department has identified a suspected shooter who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia last month. The Howard County Police Department has released photos and an video of a suspected shooter who killed 17-year-old Angelo Little last month. Community support is swelling for the mother and family of the 17-year-old who was gunned down at the Columbia Mall in Howard County over the weekend.
