DC Police Seek 3 Separate Missing Teenage Girls Washington D.C. Police are asking  for the community's help in locating three 14-year-old girls who went missing earlier this week. Jestiny Muhammed was last seen around 1 p.m. July 18, in the 4600 block of 6th Street, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.  She is being described as a black female, 5'6 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, officials said. Dr. Rakesh Patel, of Silver Spring, had left his dark silver Mercedes E350 unoccupied and running on the 1800 block of Vernon Street, when the suspect hopped in around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, DC police said.
