Last month, detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police's Auto Crime Enforcement Section (ACES) spotted a stolen 2023 Honda Accord in the 12100 block of Darnestown Road, and when they approached, they found a 16-year-old in the driver's seat with a loaded Taurus 9mm semiautomatic in his pocket. Teen Accidentally Shot Near Maryland High School, Police Say A teen was shot overnight near Towson High School in Baltimore County when a gun went off, police confirmed. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, Baltimore County Police officers were called to an area hospital, when a 16-year-old walked in suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Investigators say that it was later determined that the shooting happened in the unit block of Cedar Avenue, not far from the school.
