Springtime Shooter Gets Max Sentence For Gunning Down 23-Year-Old In MD: State's Attorney A 21-year-old man will spend decades in prison for gunning down a man in broad daylight in an incident that was caught on camera. The Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, May 31, that Clarksburg resident Rodjaun Neal-Williams has been sentenced to the maximum term of 30 years in prison after being convicted earlier this year for his role in the death of 23-year-old Javon Gordon, of Boyds, two years ago.
