Maryland Women Charged With Multiple Retail Thefts At Leesburg Premium Outlet Mall Two women from Maryland who crossed state lines are facing serious charges after being busted for multiple retail thefts in Virginia, police say. Loredana Sardaru, 39, and Ilie Anisoara, 31, both of Ellicott City, were arrested this week in connection to a series of reported thefts at the Leesburg Premium Outlet Mall on Fort Evans Road NE.
