Shooter Arrested After Man Found Shot In Head, Killed In Baltimore Backyard, Police Say A suspect has been apprehended more than a week after a 25-year-old man was found dead in Baltimore, authorities announced on Monday. City resident Tyree Wells, 29 has been arrested and charged for his alleged role in a morning shooting that left Jordan Taylor with fatal injuries.  Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12 to the 1700 block of Ramsay Street, where they found Taylor in an area backyard suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
