DUI Driver Going 128 MPH Before Fatal Maryland Crash Charged In 17-Count Indictment: Prosecutor
An allegedly intoxicated driver from Baltimore County who crashed head-on and killed a 22-year-old woman in Carroll County earlier this year in Westminster has been indicted, the state's attorney's office announced on Monday afternoon.
