With millions of travelers hitting the road before Thanksgiving, some will have to wait to reach their destination after a multi-vehicle crash temporarily blocked several lanes on I-270. The cause of a massive fire that tore through a Montgomery County garage and damaged a home has been determined to possibly be improperly disposed smoking materials, investigators say. A firefighter was injured early on Friday morning after being struck by a vehicle while working at a crash scene on I-495 in Montgomery County, officials say.
