New details have been released by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office following a domestic incident that left a young mother and her gunman from DC both dead. Alaysia Janell Milburn has been identified as the 25-year-old woman who was killed in Lexington Park before police were taken on a multi-county pursuit that ended with 38-year-old Kenneth Louis Price turning a gun on himself, investigators say. Shortly before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, members of the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office were called to the 46000 block of Rosewood Drive to investigate a reported domestic dispute. …
