Man Accused Of Killing 30-Year-Old Found Shot In Maryland Home: Police A man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a 30-year-old man who was shot in Montgomery County and later died at an area hospital, authorities announced. Anthony Blackford, 39, has been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of Ange Gadji over the weekend in Gaithersburg.  Shortly before 5:15 a.m. on Sunday, June 2, officers were called to the 19700 block of North Frederick Avenue to investigate a reported shooting, where they found Gadji suffering from a gunshot wound.
