Woman Killed In Maryland Hit-Run Crash, Police Seek Driver
A 40-year-old woman is dead following a hit-and-run Friday night in Accokeek, sparking an ongoing investigation by the Prince George’s County Police Department. Officers responded to the area of Indian Head Highway and Farmington Road around 9:50 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22 after receiving reports of a pedestrian collision, police said. When officers arrived, they found Loretta Canter-Andrews, of Accokeek, in the roadway suffering from severe traumatic injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities. Teen Killed In Weekend Maryland Shooting Identified By Police
The 16-year-old killed during a weekend altercation in Prince George's County has been identified as Kesean Hunt, a resident of Accokeek, police announced. Hunt died at a local hospital after being shot late Saturday night in the 700 block of Harry S Truman Drive.
