One Killed, Two Airlifted After Rollover Crash On Route 301 In Maryland: State Police
One person was killed and two others were flown to the hospital after a violent rollover crash on Route 301 in Maryland, according to police.
Mickie Mowbray, 58, of Greensboro, was pronounced dead at the scene following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning, July 22, in Queen Anne’s County, State Police said.
Troopers from the Centreville Barrack responded just after 9:10 a.m. to the southbound lanes of US Route 301 at Price Station Road for reports of a crash.

Pedestrian Killed In Early Morning Crash In Maryland, State Police Say
A Maryland man was fatally struck while walking along a dark stretch of road in Worcester County, police said.
Dehart Herbert Lamb, Jr., 69, of Snow Hill, was hit and killed in the area of Route 12 (Snow Hill Road) and Carmean Road early Friday morning, according to Maryland State Police.
First responders were called just after 4:20 a.m. on June 27, where Lamb was pronounced dead at the scene by Snow Hill EMS, troopers said.
The driver involved in the crash remained on the scene. Investigators said impairment is not believed to be a factor at this time.

A free ride program is returning to help stop drunk driving before it starts during one of the deadliest holidays on US roads, officials announced.
The Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) will offer free Lyft rides across DC, Maryland, and Virginia from 4 p.m. Friday, July 4, to 4 a.m. Saturday, July 5, to keep impaired drivers off the road.

Deadly Rollover Crash On I-97 In Maryland Kills 2 Men, Police Say
A violent rollover crash on I-97 in Anne Arundel County killed two Maryland men after their SUV veered off the road, slammed into trees, and flipped, state police said.
Thomas Oliver Sellman III, 30, of Churchton, and Marcus Eric James Jr., 29, of Shady Side, were both pronounced dead at the scene by first responders on Tuesday, June 17, according to Maryland State Police.
