The Trump administration is abandoning a Biden-era proposal that would have required airlines to compensate passengers with cash, meals, and hotel stays for cancellations or long delays. Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has declared a State of Preparedness as possibly wicked weather continues to head toward the region with Tropical Storm Debby continuing to move north up the coast.
