A Maryland man is facing new charges in DC for stalking his ex, disseminating revenge porn, and shooting into her home, federal authorities in DC announced. Brandywine native Nahvarj Mills, 31, was charged by a US District Court grand jury on a 27-count indictment this week following weeks of terrorizing his ex-girlfriend. A 54-year-old man is wanted for escape after ditching his electronic monitoring device while out on a pretrial release in St. Mary's County for violating a protective order. There will be no charges filed against the officers involved in a fatal shooting during the Thanksgiving holiday last year, the Maryland AG announced on Monday following an extensive investigation.
