Police In Maryland ID 'Kind, Gentle, Caring Young Man' Shot on Baltimore-Washington Parkway New details have been released by the Baltimore Police Department as they continue to investigate the shooting of a 22-year-old man on I-295 last week. Shortly after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, officers were called to the southbound lanes of the interstate near Annapolis Road, where they found Isaiah Shackleford inside his vehicle suffering from a "severe gunshot wound."  Investigators say that Shackleford was driving a gray 2017 Mazda 3 south on South Monroe Street onto the ramp of I-295 and onto the interstate, where they found Shackleford suffering from the gunshot wound.  No details…
