A Maryland man was struck and killed on the shoulder of I-695 while trying to change a flat tire — and now the hunt is on for the driver who hit him and drove off, authorities say. Two Maryland men in their 70s are facing serious charges after allegedly pulling guns during separate road rage incidents in Baltimore County and Prince George’s County, Maryland State Police announced. Young Father Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Maryland Remembered As Doting Dad, Family Man
A young father killed by a hit-and-run driver in Maryland is being remembered by loved ones as a doting family man. Shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday night, members of the Anne Arundel County Police Department were called to the area of Ritchie Highway South at the eastbound on-ramp of I-695, where they found 35-year-old Edward Broseker, Jr. suffering from critical wounds.
