Michael Jordan Thompson, of Dundalk, was found shot near the 12000 block of Laurel Bowie Road around 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department. The victim, identified as 28-year-old Ronald Victor Garcia-Rodriguez, was found lying on the shoulder of northbound lanes of I-95 near Route 216 after calling 911 at around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 to report that he had been shot.
