State Police ID 28-Year-Old Laurel Man Injured In Maryland Shooting That Shut Down I-95 A stretch of I-95 in Maryland was shut down early Monday morning following a shooting that left a Laurel man hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds, Maryland State Police confirmed. The victim, identified as 28-year-old Ronald Victor Garcia-Rodriguez, was found lying on the shoulder of northbound lanes of I-95 near Route 216 after calling 911 at around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 to report that he had been shot.
