Infamous 'So I Raped You' Fugitive From Maryland Caught In France, Sentenced In Assault
A man who sent his victim a Facebook message saying “So I raped you” was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 20, nearly 12 years after the assault at Gettysburg College. Ian Thomas Cleary, 32, was sentenced to two to four years in state prison, with credit for 546 days already served, according to the Adams County Court of Common Pleas docket. He will also serve probation following his release and must register as a Tier III lifetime sex offender. The Adams County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the cause of death for Dan Rivera, the Connecticut paranormal investigator who died while touring with the infamous Annabelle doll in Gettysburg.
