Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Virginia Hit-Run Crash; Driver Charged Days Later, Sheriff Says The driver behind a deadly hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian on a busy Virginia highway is now in custody, authorities announced. Erick Cervantes Vallejo, 23, of Spotsylvania, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 16, and charged with felony hit-and-run in connection with the crash that left 61-year-old James Bijesse dead, according to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office. Video Shows Three Suspects Moments Before Fatal PG County Shooting (Watch) New video has been released showing the moments leading up to a fatal shooting in Maryland. The Prince George's County Police Department released video on Wednesday, Sept. 10, showing three suspects who are wanted in connection with the August murder of Nathaniel Stephon Grier. Officers were called shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20 to the 4900 block of Indian Head Highway, where they found the 25-year-old Grier suffering from a gunshot wound.
