Michael Randle, 36, went missing after struggling and going underwater in Cockeysville at around 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 17. The Human remains were discovered in Baltimore County earlier this week may have been improperly discarded medical waste, officials say. At approximately 9 a.m. on Monday, May 20, homicide detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the Refuse/Recycling Center on Beaver Dam Road to investigate reports of human remains that were found at the facility.
