4-Year-Old Girl Killed In Crash On Route 13: Maryland State Police A 4-year-old Maryland girl died after a two-car crash in Wicomico County, authorities said. Kinsley Parks, of Crisfield, was airlifted to a hospital after the crash on Wednesday, Feb. 26, but succumbed to her injuries the following day, according to Maryland State Police. Troopers responded around 7:50 a.m. to the intersection of Route 13 and Stockyard Road in Eden, where Parks had been riding in a 2020 Hyundai Elantra driven by her father, 30-year-old Jalen Scott Evans of Crisfield.
