A second teenager will be charged as an adult following an ongoing investigation after two men were found murdered at a Silver Spring park over the summer, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced. Sex Offender Wanted In Connection To Death Of Probation Agent In Maryland: Police
The Montgomery County Department of Police is on the hunt for a man wanted in connection to the suspicious death of a Maryland parole and probation agent. Shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31, officers responded to a home in the 2800 block of Terrace Drive in Chevy Chase to conduct a welfare check on the agent, who did not report back to work after a resident check of 54-year-old Emanuel Edward Sewell, a registered sex offender, officials say. The man arrested by Maryland State Police for a fatal shooting in Carroll County last month has been indicted on murder and other charges, the state's attorney's office announced on Wednesday. Jose Manchame, 41, was charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence in connection to the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Mauricio Guzman-Leon in April.
