Tipsters helped lead the Prince George's County Police Department to two men who were wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at an area tire shop last month. Capitol Heights resident Ronnell Hardy, 43, and 42-year-old Avery Eccles, of Upper Marlboro have been been charged for their roles in the murder of Anthony Okoye in September.
