Person Falls From I-95 Bridge Into Susquehanna River In Maryland (Developing) Volunteer firefighters pulled a person from the Susquehanna River after they fell from the I-95 bridge in Harford County, officials confirmed. Emergency crews raced to the I-95 Millard Tydings Bridge in Harford County shortly before 2 p.m. after a person fell into the Susquehanna River on Thursday, April 10.
