Taneytown resident Terry Lee Crowl, 55, was killed early on Tuesday morning when he was unexpectedly struck by an Infiniti QX60 and ejected from his Harley Davidson. The crash was reported shortly after 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in the area of Francis Scott Key Highway just South of Kump Station Road in Taneytown. Gail D’Anthony died on May 13, 2024, while in the custody of the Maryland Department of Health, the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office said in a news release on Friday, May 17.
