Three more people have been arrested more than a year after the murder of a 15-year-old boy in Frederick County, bringing the total to nine suspects who have been apprehended, police say. A teen shooter has been indicted on charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a popular restaurant manager who was gunned down on his way home from work, federal authorities announced.
