Passengers Flee After Fatal Head-On Crash In Maryland, Police Say Police have identified a 57-year-old woman who was killed in a head-on crash when another driver unexpectedly veered into her lane on Wednesday afternoon.  Springfield resident Monica Wilson was heading north at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 23 in the 500 block of Largo Center Drive when she was struck by a second driver who was heading south and crossed into the northbound lanes. Police ID Woman Struck, Killed By Two Hit-Run Drivers In Maryland Both drivers who struck and killed a 29-year-old pedestrian in Howard County fled the scene and are wanted for hit-and-run, police say. Zulma Maginelly Zepeda Barrientos went ping-ponging between two cars traveling in opposite directions in Elkridge over the weekend, and both drivers sped away following the fatal strike, according to investigators.
