Double Trouble: Maryland Man Hospitalized Twice In A Week After Separate Targeted Shootings Kenneth Tyrone Jackson had a rough week in Washington County. The 26-year-old Hagerstown resident made two stops to the Meritus Medical Center in four days after suffering gunshot wounds in separate shootings, according to police. Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department were called at around 2:40 a.m. on Friday morning to the 200 block of West Franklin Street, where there was a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they found Jackson suffering from a gunshot wound to the shoulder, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment and evaluation of a non-life-threatening injury.  …
