State Police ID 28-Year-Old Man Critically Injured In Maryland Shooting That Shut Down I-95 A stretch of I-95 in Maryland was shut down early Monday morning following a shooting that left a Laurel man hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds, Maryland State Police confirmed. The victim, identified as 28-year-old Ronald Victor Garcia-Rodriguez, was found lying on the shoulder of northbound lanes of I-95 near Route 216 after calling 911 at around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 to report that he had been shot. Family, Police Searching For Answers After Father Found Shot To Death In Maryland Woods A massive reward is being offered for information that results in the apprehension of a shooting suspect wanted in connection to the murder of a 35-year-old father in Montgomery County. At approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, officers were called to the 9200 block of New Hampshire Avenue, where they found Silver Spring resident Carlos Alberto Ortiz in a nearby wooded area suffering from gunshot wounds.
