Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department did not grant the wish of a knife-wielding man who wanted to be killed after stabbing his victim multiple times, according to investigators. Kevin Leonard Quander is facing a host of charges following the investigation into an incident in Washington County, during which he attacked his victim before being subdued by a Taser-like device. A 29-year-old man has been identified and charged in connection to a fatal shooting during a dispute at a football event at a Prince George's County high school that also left a child with a gunshot wound. The man who made national headlines for a 2022 murder in Northern Maryland has been apprehended, authorities announced.
