A man who sexually abused a teen girl he had known since she was an infant has been sentenced to prison time, according to the Charles County State's Attorney's Office. Bryantown resident Pio Arnoldo Flores, 56, has been sentenced to 12 years behind bars for the sexual abuse of a minor, after pleading guilty in April to the offense.
