Sheriff IDs 20-Year-Old Chesapeake Beach Woman Critically Injured By Driver While Jogging A woman suffered serious injuries after being struck by a driver while jogging in Calvert County on Thursday morning, officials say. Chloe Clagg, 20, has been identified by the sheriff's office as the pedestrian who was struck by 42-year-old Steven O'Neill's 2017 Toyota 4Runner and hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
